1. Return Policy
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order if it meets the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days from the delivery date.
Non-returnable items include:

Used or opened items

Personal hygiene products such as razors, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc. (unless damaged/incorrect)

Items marked as final sale or non-refundable
Return Process:
To return a product, please contact us at czl-innovative-market@outlook.com with your order number and photo evidence (if applicable). Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.

For change of mind returns, the return shipping will be borne by the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
