Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please review our policy below:
1. Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items (e.g., razors, toothbrushes, cotton swabs) cannot be exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:

Items marked as clearance or final sale

Opened or used items

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery
3. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at czl-innovative-market@outlook.com with the following details:

Order number

Reason for exchange

Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the item.
4. Exchange Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.

If the exchange is due to a change of mind or wrong order by the customer, shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
5. Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange within 3–5 working days.
