1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


3. Shipping Duration

  • Peninsular Malaysia: Estimated delivery in 2–4 working days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: Estimated delivery in 3–7 working days

Please note that remote areas may take slightly longer depending on the courier.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate (Peninsular Malaysia): RM 6.00

  • Flat Rate (Sabah & Sarawak): RM 12.00

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above RM 100 (within Malaysia)

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.


5. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services like J&T Express, Pos Laju, and Ninja Van to ensure timely and secure deliveries.


6. Delivery Issues

If you experience:

  • Delayed delivery

  • Missing or damaged items

7. Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
